LION is a leading manufacturer of protective gear for firefighters. The company also cleans and repairs PPE through its TotalCare line of business, which is expanding across the country. LION leaders asked us to create a one-of-a-kind experience to welcome new customers to the fold.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted extensive research that informed our creation of a dynamic onboarding experience for new LION TotalCare customers—complete with an award-winning welcome kit. We also created an engaging email, questionnaire and video that highlight the values behind the company’s cutting-edge technology and stellar reputation among first responders.
