Internships at Blue Daring
We love creating opportunities for emerging talent. At Blue Daring, interns are members of the team and entrusted with real projects—never just busy work.
Each spring, we put out a call for interns to support our creative and strategy teams in bringing ideas to life. The program is a true two-way exchange: interns bring in new tools and skills, while we share the wisdom that comes with experience—like the art of collaboration and how to develop an eye for design. All internships are paid and take place on-site in our River North office.
Design interns
If you’re a designer in the making, you’ll jump into real creative work such as designing presentations and one-pagers, supporting brand development and creating new assets within established brands.
Strategy interns
If you’re wired to think strategically, you’ll help bring structure and clarity to our work—whether through coordinating events, building client materials or mapping workflows and systems that keep projects moving.
All our interns will learn from and contribute to a diverse, ideas-driven team and do things they are proud of.
