Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion
Mobility today means meeting the needs of more diverse demographics. We partnered with Toyota Motor North America to concept and launch Diversity + Inclusion (D+I) Month at Toyota, the first company-wide celebration of diversity and inclusion designed to promote the mindset needed to support their new strategic direction. Working hand-in-hand with Toyota’s D+I communications lead, we developed and executed a strategy designed to connect with every level of the 35,000 person organization. Starting from an energizing brand treatment, to digital signage across facilities, to executive-targeted communications, to a hallmark town hall event featuring senior leaders talking about D+I’s impact on mobility, D+I month came to life across channels. We also launched the Going places together card deck. Custom-designed and developed, the deck provides the company’s more than 1,500 managers with helpful tips and facts to encourage inclusive behaviors well beyond the month.
