THE ASK
Mass transit is vital to everyday life in northeastern Illinois. Just as vital: investing in mass transit. Pace, which moves millions of people a year across the region, needed to reinforce the importance of its Capital Program—projects that will help improve service and build a better transit experience.
WHAT WE DID
We developed a robust suite of collateral that allows Pace to share Capital Program information and updates with stakeholders, ranging from local governments and community organizations to contractors and local businesses. We also created a content calendar that aligns the agency’s strategic priorities with updates on each of the program’s projects. These communications—via events, social media, employee education through gamification, and out-of-home and transit advertising—are helping to expand awareness about the Capital Program’s impact.
