The State of Illinois needed to procure an electronic recruiting solution ASAP
Blue Daring was contracted by the State of Illinois’ Bureau of Information and Communication Services to assist in the release of an RFP for a governor-mandated eRecruiting Solution. Over the course of a tight 10-week timeline, Blue Daring interviewed key stakeholders statewide, analyzed potential vendors and solutions, and developed a scope and functional requirements resulting in a final RFP for release by the State of Illinois. As an added value, BD developed a formula-based response analysis tool to assist the State in the selection of its vendor.
